Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
- Within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement, a five percent (5%) processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- After twenty-four (24) hours but prior to shipment, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped or has left our facility, cancellation is not permitted. Any cancellation request submitted after shipment will be denied, and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Charges & Refunds
All shipping charges, delivery fees, residential surcharges, liftgate fees, and accessorial charges are non-refundable. In the event of an approved return, only the cost of the auto part may be eligible for refund. Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs.
Return Policy (10–15 Days)
- Return requests must be submitted within ten (10) to fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
- Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- All returns require prior authorization and must comply with return conditions set by LKQ Motors.
- LKQ Motors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Any such claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the customer.
Used Auto Parts Disclaimer
LKQ Motors sources used auto parts from a nationwide network of over 5,000 inventories.
- All parts are inspected for functional performance only.
- Cosmetic conditions, including but not limited to rust, scratches, dents, discoloration, or normal wear and tear, are inherent characteristics of used parts and do not constitute defects.
- Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify part compatibility and condition before purchase. Please request additional details prior to ordering if needed.
Residential Delivery & Additional Shipping Fees
- Residential deliveries may incur additional charges based on size, weight, or handling.
- Delivery coordination may be required for large or heavy items.
- Liftgate service, if required, typically costs $150–$200.
- All residential delivery fees, including liftgate and accessorial fees, are non-refundable.
- Delivery times to residential addresses may be longer than business deliveries.
- Failed deliveries or access issues may result in additional charges.
Expedited Shipping Policy
- Expedited shipping is available only for select products and locations.
- Expedited shipping affects delivery speed only, not order processing time.
- Additional expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery timelines depend on destination and service selected.
Excluded Costs
LKQ Motors shall not be liable for, nor reimburse, any costs including but not limited to:
- Installation or labor charges
- Diagnostic fees
- Towing expenses
- Vehicle downtime or loss of use
- Any incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the part
Damaged Product Claims
- All damage claims must be reported to LKQ Motors within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
- Failure to report damage within this timeframe releases LKQ Motors from liability.
- Shipping-related damage must also be reported directly to the shipping carrier within the same 24-hour period.
Warranty & Documentation Requirements
- All required warranty forms and credit card authorization documents must be completed, signed, and returned within forty-eight (48) hours of request.
- Failure to submit required documentation may delay shipment and may result in warranty voidance.
Mileage Disclaimer
LKQ Motors is a parts-locating service and does not guarantee mileage on used parts. While parts are tested for functionality, mileage representations are estimates only and are not warranted.
